      Below are some of the features available through our EZ-LINE telephone banking:

      • Access checking or savings account balance information.
      • Verify when checks and deposits have been processed.
      • Transfer funds from one account to another.
      • Make scheduled loan payments from your deposit account.


      Simply follow the step-by-step recorded menu. Enter the correct information on your touch tone phone when prompted.

      9 repeating this menu
      Each time you access an account you will need to have your account number(s) and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) ready.

       


      PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (PIN)
      When accessing any account for the first time, your access code (PIN) is the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number. For your protection, you are required to change your pin to four other digits. It is important to remember your PIN. For security purposes, your PIN number is known only to you. Should you ever forget your PIN number, or want to change it, please call the bank.
